Once your order has been placed an order confirmation will be sent to the email address or phone number provided at checkout. This confirmation will include your order number, required for any future order modifications or inquiries.
RETURN POLICY
All sales are final. As a small business, we can not currently process any refunds. Once an order has been confirmed, it is processed automatically and cannot be modified/canceled.

SHIPPING & TRACKING
Kindly note that all orders within Canada automatically come with a tracking number. However, US orders may not.
ORDER PROCESSING
Once your order is placed, please allow up to 72 hours to ensure order fulfillment. In the exception that we are unable to fulfill in this period, we will be in touch.
Please allow up to 2 days for the activation of your tracking number. Once your tracking number is active, the approximate time of transit is:
Canada: 2-3 business days.
USA: Up to 10 business days.
IN-PERSON PICKUP
Unfortunately, due to the volume or orders as well as ensuring safety for our team during the pandemic, we do not offer in-person pickup.
